Academic Staff can apply for an account in their own right.

PhD and graduate and undergraduate students working on dissertations, will need to enter their supervisor as the PI when they apply for an account.

Stata is not listed in the list of generally available applications, but is provided on request for members of the Faculty of Economics.  However you will need to ask for access to Stata after your account is created.
