Using Teams without installation

It is possible to send messages and take part in forum discussions (called Channels in Microsoft Teams) without installing the program on your equipment by using the web client.  However this only works in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers.  To do this go to:

https://teams.microsoft.com/

Login with your @cam email address  (eg. abc12@ cam.ac.uk) and your Raven password.

Installing Teams

1. Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/download-app
2. Click 'Download for desktop' or 'Download for mobile' and following the instructions
3. When you are asked to login, use your @cam email address  (eg. abc12@ cam.ac.uk) and your Raven password.

Tip

It's much easier to keep track of the teams you are part of if you change the layout to list view
